Terms of use

Praefy Technology S.L. (hereinafter Praefy), is an online service to manage different aspects of a business or service. These conditions set out the rights and obligations of the user and of Praefy as a service provider.

Praefy will assume that any user who uses the service has read and accepted the conditions of use, in addition Praefy reserves the right to update and modify the Conditions of use without any prior notice, these being always available at the web address https://www.praefy.com/

Praefy provides the Praefy Website and its related services in accordance with the terms set forth below.

This agreement will be valid from the date it is registered at https://www.praefy.com/. New features that may be added to the Services will be subject to the Terms of Use. If the user continues to use the Service after any modification, it will imply his/her agreement with said modifications. The most recent version of the conditions of use can always be consulted at https://www.praefy.com/tyc.

Failure to comply with any of the Terms of Use may result in cancellation of your account.

Account Terms

To access the service you must be over sixteen years of age (16).

A full legal name, email address, and all information required by Praefy must be provided in the account creation process.

It is the user’s responsibility to provide truthful information, and Praefy reserves the right to delete any account if its truthfulness is suspected or it may violate any of Praefy’s usage rules.

The user is responsible for maintaining the privacy of his or her account. Praefy will not be responsible for any damage or loss that may result from a user’s failure to protect their access information.

The parties agree to legally equate the client’s handwritten signature with that made using any other type of key, code or identifying security element. Without prejudice to the foregoing, the Service provider may require written confirmation from the client when it deems necessary.

Contract types

Contracting a Praefy payment plan begins when the user enters the card details and makes the first payment. In no case will credits or refunds be made.

The client is responsible for any contract and therefore for evaluating each and every one of the functionalities, in no case are custom developments made and any information about new functionalities is merely informative and will not have any contractual link.

Once a payment plan has been contracted, it will automatically renew on the renewal date until the user deletes the account.

Praefy offers a pricing system that adapts to the volume of documents made by the user. The limits of each rate are specified in the prices section at https://www.praefy.com/precios. If the user exceeds any of the limits of their rate, they will have to increase their rate.

Praefy reserves the right to modify the rates unilaterally and at any time, without granting said change any right to compensation on the part of users.

Payment and access

A valid bank card is required to make payments. This is not required to create or use a free account. Praefy will charge you a recurring fee depending on the type of account you have contracted.

The Service is charged each period in advance, and is non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of the Service, nor will refunds be made if the user does not use the Service during the period of time the account is open. In no case will exceptions be made.

The client agrees that it will not be necessary to confirm receipt of acceptance of the contract when it has been concluded exclusively by electronic communication.

If the user upgrades their account level due to their volume of documents, their card will not be charged with the new amount until the next billing date. From this moment on, your card will be charged for the new amount on your next billing, unless the account is cancelled.

In the event of non-payment or return of the receipt, you will be notified of the non-payment and you will automatically lose the ability to access the Service. The data will be deleted after thirty (30) days from the date of non-payment.

No fee includes any taxes or obligations imposed by your government authorities. The user is responsible for paying these taxes or obligations. The user decides who has the right to enter their account with the role they consider appropriate.

Service and plan modifications

Praefy reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service at any time for any reason with or without notice as it deems appropriate. Praefy reserves the right to change monthly installments with 15 days’ notice. Notifications of fee changes will be posted on the Praefy website and in writing.

Cancellation and termination

The user is responsible for the proper cancellation of his or her account. You can cancel your account at any time through the Settings menu > Account > Eliminate. Once your account is deleted, all content will be deleted after thirty (30) days. The user can cancel their account at any time, but will be responsible for all charges made up to that moment, including the full monthly charge for the month in which the service is suspended. From that moment on, no further charges will be made. Praefy reserves the right to cancel an account or prevent the use of the Software for anyone who fails to comply with these conditions of use.

Copy right and intellectual property

Praefy owns all Intellectual Property rights in any and all protectable components of the Service, including, but not limited to, the Service name, artwork, all software associated with the Service and user interface elements. contained in the Service, many of the individual features and related documentation. The user agrees not to copy, adapt, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, or disguise any facet of the Service that Praefy owns. The user also agrees and agrees not to use robots, spiders, other automated devices, or manual processes to monitor or copy any content of the Service. Praefy will not claim rights over the Intellectual Property of the Content that the user uploads or provides to the Service. However, by using the Service to submit content, the user agrees that third parties may view and share this user-submitted content.

General conditions

The user is completely responsible for the access and correct use of Praefy subject to current legislation, whether national or international, as well as the principles of good faith, morality, good customs and public order. And specifically, you undertake to diligently observe these General Conditions of Use.

User agrees not to resell, duplicate, reproduce or exploit any portion of the Service without the express written consent of Praefy. User may not use the Service to store, host, or send harmful or unsolicited email (spam).

You understand that the Service may be used for the transmission of your Content, and that, during this process, your Content, including invoices, payment notices, and personal messages, may be transferred unencrypted over the Internet. The user may not use the service to transmit any virus, worm, or any type of malicious or harmful content.

Praefy makes no warranties regarding your ability to use the Service, your satisfaction with the Service, that the Service will be available at all times, uninterrupted, and error-free, the accuracy of the mathematical calculations performed by the Service, and the correctness of Service errors.

Neither Praefy, nor its partners, nor its sponsors are responsible for any direct, indirect, secondary, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or any other type of damage arising from or in any way related to the use that the user makes. from service. The user can only resolve his dissatisfaction with the Service by stopping using it and canceling his account.

If any condition described herein is invalid or cannot be applied, the application of any of the remaining conditions should not be affected in any way.

The Terms of Use establish an absolute understanding between the user and Praefy with respect to the Service and prevail over any prior agreement reached between the user and Praefy. The Conditions, and your relationship with Praefy under these Conditions, will be governed by the laws of Spain. the user and Praefy agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona to resolve any legal issue in relation to the Conditions.

Security and privacy

Praefy Technology S.L. is duly registered with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, thus complying with current regulations on confidentiality and security of confidential data.

The data that users enter in Praefy is hosted on Google servers in the European Union, thus guaranteeing both the regulations on data hosting and the highest levels of security and accessibility on the market.

Praefy Technology S.L. and its employees have access to account data in order to improve the service, as well as to offer a good support service. All Praefy employees and partners have signed a confidentiality agreement in compliance with privacy regulations including the GDPR.

Return policy

Monthly Subscriptions: If at any time during the first 30 days using Praefy you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us at support@praefy.com. We will do everything possible to find a solution to your needs, and if it is not possible, we will refund your first monthly payment.

Annual Subscriptions: Praefy does not require annual subscriptions. We prefer that you can choose. In exchange for contracting the annual subscription and as a thank you for the commitment, we offer a significant discount at already very competitive rates. If during the first 30 days after purchasing your annual subscription you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us at support@praefy.com. We will do everything possible to find a solution to your needs, and if it is not possible, we will refund your money.

Subscription Renewal: For your convenience, subscriptions automatically renew until you cancel. We know that sometimes customers forget about a subscription that they do not want to renew and that has already been charged, that is why we offer 7 days, counting from the renewal, during which we will refund the money for the renewed subscription if you request it from us. through the aforementioned support@praefy.com section.

Exception to our refund policy: We will not accept refund requests from users whose service we have suspended or terminated for non-compliance with our terms and conditions.
